Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an AMAZING organization with a great culture, competitive pay, great benefits and perks and a ton of growth opportunities.

What you will be doing everyday

• Collaborating with the AR and AP team

• Managing receipts and handling cash flow and billing

• Expenses

• Processing checks

• Managing payment discrepancies

• Audits

• Reporting in Excel

Requirements

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in AR

• Strong Excel (Pivots and VLOOKUPS)

• Experience with data entry

• Detailed and strong with numbers

• Great collaboration and communication skills

• Strong software/ERP experience
