Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process

• Review and reconcile customer accounts

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts

• Process customer payments and them to the appropriate invoices

• Generate and send out invoices

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies

• Prepare monthly AR reports for management
