    Position Summary:

    As the Administrative Assistant to the Corporation Operations team, you will be supporting the COO and leadership team on various administrative and clerical tasks, collaborating with management on critical projects, and ensuring the flow of daily business. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks will help ensure the success of the Corporate Operations organization. This is an onsite position based in Westlake, TX.

    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and special projects

    • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications

    • Coordinating travel through Concur

    • Typing various letters, reports, and forms

    • Providing support with data entry such as; invoices, orders, and other reports

    • Organizing documents, sending out mail and packages, filing, and processing received mail

    • Assisting management with projects and filling in as support when needed within the office

    • Completing expense reports

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate

    • 1-3 years of administrative experience

    • Computer proficient with solid knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Experience scheduling travel for business leaders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Experience with Concur

    • Experience with UKG HR Systems
