  • Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the financial services industry. Based in New York, this role involves handling all travel arrangements for staff members, both domestic and international. This role is a contract position, providing the chance to build relationships with hotels and accurately assess business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Booking and planning travel for all staff members, both domestic and international

    • Building and maintaining relationships with hotels

    • Accurately assessing business needs and making sound decisions on expense usage and location arrangements

    • Utilizing Microsoft Office/Excel and familiarizing with platforms such as Expedia for travel arrangements

    • Demonstrating great attention to detail and organizational skills to interact with all levels from lower to senior executive level

    • Managing travel arrangements including hotel bookings and international travel

    • Ensuring effective correspondence and excellent customer service

    • Demonstrating proficiency in data entry and management systems

    • Handling travel arrangements and coordinating travel arrangements effectively

    • Exhibiting skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook for efficient communication and organization. Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with Booking travel

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

    • Familiarity with Management Systems

    • Ability to handle tasks related to 'About Time' software

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling Correspondence

    • Experience in providing high-quality Customer Service

    • Data Entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    • Experience in liaising with C-Suite executives

    • Knowledge and experience in arranging and coordinating travel arrangements, including International Travel and Hotel Booking

    • Ability to effectively manage and book travel arrangements

    • Experience in handling travel arrangements for others.
