Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC , a Chenega Professional Services ' company, is looking for an Advanced Intelligence Training Unit (AITU) Instructor with specialized experience to provide training services to the Advanced Intelligence Training Unit, one of three units assigned to the Directorate of Intelligence's (DI) Intelligence Workforce Development Section (IWDS). The AITU Instructor will assist in the delivery of FBI training and, to a lesser extent, may be asked to participate in analysis, design, development, evaluation, and life-cycle management of FBI training.

In this role, most instruction for AITU will take place at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia and Fredericksburg, Virginia with a potential for future training to be held in the surrounding geographical areas of Prince William, Stafford, or Spotsylvania Counties.

Responsibilities

• Instruct the workforce to employ skills, tools, and techniques required to integrate analysis with operations and produce intelligence pursuant to the FBI's highest standards.

• Review course materials in support of AITU courses prior to instruction, participate in "dry runs" of the instruction, provide instruction in AITU courses, participate in and evaluate exercises designed to leverage the student's knowledge, and engage in post-delivery reviews of the training being provided.

• Provide mentoring and coaching in line with the FBI's comprehensive program of instruction for the intelligence workforce.

• In conjunction with FBI personnel, participate in curriculum life-cycle refresh and corresponding updates to lesson plan documentation. Such updates reflect:

• Minor editorial changes noted during course review and delivery

• Changes dictated by internal FBI policy or program revisions

• Regulatory changes which mandate major course modifications

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.

• Minimum of five years of experience in an Intelligence Field, which shall include application of analytical tradecraft skills and techniques, USIC collaboration, or case-based analysis and reporting.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing instruction in any of the following intelligence topics: structured analytic techniques, critical thinking processes, collection/domain management, raw intelligence reporting, analytic writing in accordance with the ODNI Analytic Integrity Standards, and intelligence briefing for peers and/or executives.

• Minimum of two years of experience in facilitating practical exercises by mentoring and coaching students both one on one and as a group to help them achieve a developmental outcome as determined by lesson plan.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Experience in course material and curriculum development to include Blackboard LMS facilitation.

• Experience delivering adult education and participating in the instructional design process.

Estimated Salary/Wage

USD $81,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $112,000.00/Yr.
