  • The Associate Marketing Program Manager will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building, and industry conversation. Collaborating closely across the business unit responsible for generating revenue in the TME (telecommunications, media, entertainment, and gaming) industries, consulting, and global marketing teams, the Marketing Program Manager is a true player-coach role.

    The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional program management and writing skills. Experience working in the telecommunications or media & entertainment industry is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate global business goals into a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan

    • Build and manage the editorial calendar

    • Write, edit, or produce content assets that can be used to drive campaigns

    • Create sales enablement tools for priority offerings

    • Identify the right marketing channels to deliver the right message to reach your target audience

    • Present plans, programs, and results to leadership teams

    • Research and monitor competitive landscape

    • Test, measure, and learn how to improve the programs you've designed

    Requirements

    • 3+ years' experience in the TME industry with 5+ years' experience in marketing, managing programs across marketing channels

    • Transition fluidly from strategy planning through execution

    • Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures, and stories

    • Comfortable ghostwriting for and providing editorial feedback to internal SMEs

    • Keen to collaborate across the organization to bring your vision (and results) to life

    • Demonstrated experience presenting to a variety of audiences (executive to peer)

    • Strong organizational skills, able to keep many moving pieces coordinated

    • Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting

    • Embodies a learning mindset, welcoming opportunities to learn about new technologies, and innovation

    • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment

    • Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Ability to embrace and manage ambiguity

    • Preferred experience: marketing automation and analytics tools
