We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer based in Fort Worth, Texas, 76102, United States. The individual will be working on a wide range of transactional legal matters involving acquisitions and divestitures of business assets and real estate, recapitalizations, restructurings, debt and equity financings, and other corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of transactional legal matters involving acquisitions and divestitures of business and real estate assets

• Work on recapitalizations and restructurings of business entities

• Manage debt and equity financings for clients

• Address corporate governance matters for clients

• Use case management software to organize and manage legal cases

• Use legal software for research and other legal tasks

• Handle complex business and real estate transactions

• Provide guidance on commercial real estate and corporate real estate matters

• Manage real estate title and real estate contracts

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software is a requirement

• Ability to handle all legal documentation with precision and accuracy

• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate is required

• Experience in handling Real Estate Titles is necessary

• Capability to draft and review Real Estate Contracts is a must

• Knowledge of Real Estate Financing is required

• Experience in Real Estate Investments is a must

• Must be skilled in handling Real Estate Transactions
