Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney in our team, located in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. As an integral part of our law firm, your primary role will be to manage various aspects of litigation including legal research, drafting briefs, and client communication. This role is a key contributor to our efforts in assisting our clients in their legal journey.

Responsibilities

• Engage in critical thinking, legal research, and writing to provide sound legal advice.

• Handle the drafting of law and motion briefs, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage of all relevant legal points.

• Propound and respond to written discovery, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

• Lead and defend depositions, providing a comprehensive representation for our clients.

• Make regular court appearances, representing our clients and our firm professionally.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

• Take an active role in the potential trial work, applying your litigation skills to the best of your ability.

• Utilize your asbestos litigation skills to further enhance our firm's expertise in this area.

• Strive to continuously learn and grow, enhancing your legal knowledge and skills. Requirements - Must hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in Asbestos Litigation is required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Proficient in the use of legal research software and other related tools.

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
