Aviation Maintenance Technician

Aerotek Aviation is looking for licensed aircraft technicians to join one of the leading business aircraft centers companies in Wichita,KS. We are offering competitive pay, flexible shifts, and full benefits.

Job Title: A&P Technician -6 month Contract to hire

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Pay Rate: $28-$55

Shift: 1st (day) 6:42AM-3:12PM), 2nd (evening) 3:42PM - 11:12PM, 3rd (nights) 11:12pm-6:42am or 4th (weekends) Fri-Sun; 5am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine inspections, repairs and modifications on customer aircraft.

2. Complete inspections as required by maintenance programs, modification and inspection packages, and troubleshoot aircraft systems.

3. Ensure that all tasks assigned are completed and documented in accordance with manufacturer's manuals or other FAA approved data.

4. Must apply knowledge of the use and research of numerous airframe manuals.

Qualifications:

FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate

Minimum of 2+ years of corporate product aircraft experience or CRJ.

• Education: Must have completed high school diploma or GED to qualify

-Must have tools etched and shadowed.

Work Environment:

corporate aircraft completion center, work in hangar, set shift.
