Work for a mission driven organization committed to transparency, collaboration, and communication. Our values are at the heart of what we do.
The Home Visitor is a key team member in the Great Beginnings Department, focusing primarily on CALM's Home Visitation Program. Operating within natural settings, this role involves collaborating with families to offer education and support. Within the program, the Home Visitor specifically aids parents of children from prenatal through the age of 3 years old to strengthen parent-child relationships, promote healthy child development, and enhance overall family well-being. Beyond this scope, the Home Visitor may engage with families of older children, offering behavioral interventions, implementing skill-building strategies, promoting positive parenting practices, and delivering case management services. This broader approach aims to assist families in accessing natural support systems and resources.
