Our BCBAs deliver exceptional support and care to all clients.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)/practical functional assessment (PFA) and skill-based assessments

• Design and monitor implementation of client programs

• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®)

• Support family and/or school implementation of client programs

• Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families.

Qualifications for a BAYADA BCBA®:

• Certified BCBA® or BCBA-D® in good standing

• Must obtain Hawaii behavior analyst license prior to start date
