    Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and guidance to clients.

    Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

    • Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Design and implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development for each client on their caseload
    • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
    • Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field
    • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA
    • Minimum of two years work experience providing ABA therapy preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes
    • Have Basic Life Support certification, or willing to complete training within 30 days of hire
    • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
