    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an office manager in Louisville, KY. The primary function of the role is to serve as an office manager and consultant to the owner/operator, providing administrative support and managing daily tasks in a bustling workplace. As the office manager, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, assisting with office management tasks, and providing project coordination support.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager, managing daily tasks and providing administrative support

    • Handle inquiries professionally and provide assistance in a friendly manner

    • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating repairs and maintenance

    • Provide project coordination support by organizing files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

    • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing documents, and organizing paperwork

    • Manage and track supply orders for office materials

    • Review employee timecards and manage payables

    • Manage receipts and record daily work log for production

    • Manage new accounts and other duties as assigned.

    Hybrid role

    Skills required include Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks, Administrative experience, Administrative management.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Experience with Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping

    • Skilled in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel

    • Ability to handle Month End Close and Payroll tasks

    • Expertise in QuickBooks

    • Previous Administrative experience and Administrative management abilities

    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

    • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field preferred

    • Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation is an advantage.
