Business Analyst

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an established company in the Fort Myers area that is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team. The focus of this role is to review, analyze, and propose improvements to our current business operations. This role involves liaising between various business departments, maintaining documentation, creating financial reports, and absorbing complex strategies. Responsibilities

• Review current and proposed business operations for potential improvements.

• Communicate effectively with the executive team to support proposed strategies.

• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data.

• Establish KPI's, financial reports, and other key metrics for growth strategies.

• Act as an intermediary between various business departments/groups to facilitate communication and other strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for operations and accounting.

• Create business reports and financial data to present to the executive team.

Requirements

• Experience with Database management and data analysis

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst

• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify improvements in business processes

• Experience with Informatica tools for data integration

• Understanding of Business Process Functions in multiple industries

• Experience with Design of business processes and systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation.
