    WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

    The Process Analyst will facilitate the documentation of Operations End to End Processes including Systems, Data Integration, Transformation and/or Handoffs, identification of Risk and Regulatory Obligations and mitigating Controls. This role will be responsible for the overall Process Engineering documentation that involves 'thinking processes' to draw inferences from process details and workflows, link inferences to the big picture and identifying process improvements and or automation. The Process Analyst will be critical in supporting Change Management, Change Documentation and Colleague change readiness while collaborating with technology partners in the design of information architecture and process functionality.

    Banking and Investment Services Division

    Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization.     What you will do

    • Assists and participates in the development of the Office's strategic planning, structure, and process documentation.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders from across the bank to gather critical information for management consumption.

    • Assists in the coordination of the Office's management meetings, documentation management efforts, and meeting management.

    • Helps identify process improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and effeciveness

    • Contributes to process improvement initiatives through assistance with project coordination, and helps lead workstreams or small initiatives from conception to completion with moderate guidance/oversight.

    • Stays abreast of the Office's accountabilities, deliverables and key due dates.

    • Develops presentations for internal and external meetings that are compelling, concise, and convey the Office's and/or Bank's performance and/or key accomplishments.

    • Performs ad-hoc projects for the Office as needed, including but not limited to SharePoint creation and management.

    • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task

    • All other appropriate duties as required

    Must-Have*

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    • Minimum 2 years of financial services/consulting or an equivalent industry experience

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint

    • Demonstrated experience with financial services, technology, and/or strategy/management consulting preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex subject matter and apply understanding across different levels, from high-level concepts to low-level details.

    • Proficient working with data and conducting analysis to help guide business decision making.

    • Ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of change management best practices- across multiple lines of business; including ability to build strong business partner relationships, training, communications and process redesign experience

    Compensation

    Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
