As a Business Analyst in Account Services Operations, you'll play a vital role in supporting the new account opening process, stock plan activation, and account maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing paper and electronic applications to ensure they meet good order criteria.

• Processing applications manually when necessary with speed and accuracy.

• Handling exception and reconciliation reports, and assisting in executing risk controls.

• Responding promptly to inquiries from Operations and Customer Service teams.

• Collaborating with various business units to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts.

• Ensuring all tasks are completed daily to maintain excellent service levels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent.

Preferred

• 1+ years' experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience creating DocuSign forms.

• strong written and oral communication skills with a track record of excellent customer service.
