    CACI is seeking a Business/Data Analyst - Power BI to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad. You'll provide information technology technical and program management expertise to Defense Health Networks and their Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO) Division delivers the Geographic Service Leads (GSL) model to the Military Health System (MHS) CIOs. Through the GSL model, the division provides Program Management Support, Enterprise Resource Planning and Management, Enterprise Schedule Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Technical Support Services, Financial Management, and Internal Communications support to the MTFs within their health network/geographic market.

    What You'll Get to Do:

    The Business/Data Analyst - Power BI will focus on compiling and analyzing project data, producing weekly stakeholder reports, tracking manpower data, resources, and program performance for a global DoD IT program. This position will require flexibility, a willingness to learn and perfect new skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

    Support management and project team members in planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of data.

    • Gather and interpret requirements from stakeholders and create dashboards using data visualizations.

    • Compile weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports as directed by client.

    • Analyze data needed to build requested dashboards; troubleshoot errors and incongruencies.

    • Collaborate with team to analyze and clean any data errors.

    • Design dashboard mockups for approval from client POC based on gathered data requirements.

    • Create PowerPoint decks and brief leadership on project progress and next steps.

    • Other tasks as assigned.

    • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 (flexible)

    • Hybrid Schedule - 2 to 3 times a week on site requirement

    • Travel: occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience (6 years total).

    • Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance

    • Demonstrated data analytic experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.

    • Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; preparing concise, accurate documents and meeting minutes.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Thorough understanding of business and management principles.

    Desired qualifications:

    • Power BI subject matter expert (preferred)

    • Prior DoD experience; Defense Health Agency or Military Health System experience a plus.
