Contributions
The C#/.NET Developer will be conversant in all technical areas of the program and will ensure those efforts are well integrated and support the overall goals of the program. The C#/.NET Developer will possess the ability to communicate at all levels, including government leads, key stakeholders, and executive ~~~ a C#/.NET Developer, you will play a major role in developing, deploying, and supporting our customer's internal business web application. Most of the time, you will be tasked with creating customizations for the web application, building enhancements, and new features. When the situation presents itself, you'll be part of the project team that defines, develops and deploys new capabilities.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions based on industry best practices as well as business needs
Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality
Deliver, support, and solution for break/fix issues
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products
Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications
Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client
Participate and engage in all team meetings
Document best practices and operational procedures
Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment
Qualifications
Required
This position will require travel to the client site one time per week
Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience
10 years of software development experience
Willing to dig in and learn new solutions
Proficient in C# and .NET framework (including .NET Core)
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
Knowledge of database technologies like SQL Server or Oracle
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of MVC and latest trends in application architecture
Experience with working on full project life cycle starting with requirements gathering all the way to unit testing and system documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional certifications related to .NET technologies are a plus
