We are looking for an experienced Call Center/ Customer Service Rep to work for a growing healthcare company. The right candidate will have experience providing high volume customer service over the phone, via email, and online chats. Must have great communication skills, and be comfortable working independently. Schedule: 9am - 6pm OR 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage 50-100 calls a day

• Answer all incoming phone calls, emails and live chats

• Handle and resolve all customer issues and concerns

• Effectively interact with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

• Excellent inbound and outbound phone communication ability

• Attention to detail and highly organized

• Proficient using most Microsoft Office Applications
