Are you an Experienced Customer Service Representative? A company in Sandy Springs is offering an opportunity to start as a Spanish/English Speaking CSR! Pay negotiable depending on experience! Hours: 9a-6p-- this position is IN OFFICE in Sandy Springs! There are 2 positions open, and we are holding virtual interviews now! 1- bilingual Spanish/English Speaking Role ($17/hr) 1- English Speaking Role ($18/hr) Apply and Pre-Qualify with the ChatBot to get started!

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls to answer general questions as well as assist customers currently in the application process

Respond to digital communications via email, text, chat

Follow defined procedures to process loan applications

Critical skills

Prior experience handling calls in a contact center

Excellent tone of voice

Familiarity with quality assurance

Listening skills & ability to display empathy towards our customers

Well spoken and able to professionally respond to customers in writing

Detail oriented and able to follow procedures involving multiple systems

Well versed in Microsoft applications; primarily word, excel, outlook
