Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $61 - $65 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Need someone with experience in strategy and implementation of business-aligned regulatory capital and investment banking reporting-oriented technology platforms. High energy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive tech dependent strategic objectives. Has to be business oriented but highly technical to face business and tech leaders to drive strategic solutions.

• Analyzing large data sets

• Working within data warehouse and building data models

• Requirements gathering

• Business process flow mapping and documentation

• Gap identification in existing processes and ability to recommend remediation steps

• Generating meeting material to support management meetings material

• creating test plan, test scripts, and performing User Testing as needed, as well as maintaining testing documentation.

• Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.

• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.

• Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
