    ICF is seeking a dynamic and innovative Capture Analyst to provide direct support to the Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Group. As a vital member of our growth team, this role entails collaborating with senior members to develop strategies and foster business growth within our largest and most strategic opportunities.

    Reporting directly to the VP of DMX Capture, the Capture Analyst will collaborate with a team of Capture Managers and Directors to execute and monitor capture activities aligned with ICF's Strategic Growth Framework. This includes working closely with Growth and Business Development leaders, subject matter experts, technologists, and other stakeholders to identify, qualify, and advance transformative opportunities, while also undertaking essential tasks to sustain and significantly enhance account growth.

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, adeptness in project and task management, and comfort in operating within a matrix environment.     This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring at least 2 days per week at our global headquarters in Reston, VA. Work schedules may vary based on operational demands, with periods necessitating daily in-person attendance and others where virtual collaboration predominates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead detailed analysis, coordination, and enablement efforts to qualify and advance high-priority deals in collaboration with the Growth Team.

    • Conduct comprehensive market research, customer outreach planning, competitive analysis, and market intelligence gathering, presenting findings internally and to executive audiences.

    • Develop business cases and executive briefing materials to support capture efforts.

    • Facilitate knowledge transfer to capture managers and teams regarding pertinent deal insights and information.

    • Assist in teammate identification, research, and documentation processing.

    • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including market research, growth, accounts, business operations, and back-office teams.

    • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, progress reports, data analytics, and briefings related to pipeline development and account tracking.

    • Maintain account-level situational awareness and knowledge management.

    • Prepare and deliver reports, visualizations, briefings, and presentations.

    • Attend relevant customer and industry events, sharing insights and fostering connections.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • 3+ years of experience with the federal business development process.

    • 3+ years of Experience in Federal business development analysis or research roles.

    • 3+ years of experience in developing and supporting go-to-market strategies.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in MS 365 applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    • Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

    $72,402.00 - $123,084.00
