    HomeSafe Alliance is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join our leadership team to provide sound technical leadership in driving the Company's strategic direction and growth. You will demonstrate technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to articulate the Company's technology vision, strategy and operations.     The Chief Technology Officer in partnership with other leaders, will establish the vision and roadmap to realize our technical goals. In this role, you will utilize your excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. You will manage the Information Technology department to ensure success for all stakeholders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the strategy, technology solutions and architectures across the program to include how to maximize technology to increase operational efficiency and grow the portfolio.

    • Lead technical efforts and operations across the program.

    • Collaborate with group organizations to oversee the implementation of pertinent technological platforms across the enterprise.

    • Direct business-driven rapid technology proofs of concept and pilots in accordance with a well-defined business value proposition.

    • Work with Subcontractors to ensure delivery of all contractual requirements.

    • Drive innovative technology solutions.

    • Communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization.

    • Lead and coordinate technology efforts with Operations.

    • Collaborate on business strategy; understand stakeholder and customer needs, and efficiently develop and deliver key technical solutions.

    • Translate high-level directives into technical approaches and provide technical vision and leadership; functional management; and guidance on software development tools, technology, and development methodologies.

    • Actively support business development activities and articulate technology solutions in proposals that align with requirements.

    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills through succinct subject matter presentations, especially translating technology problems/solutions to business partners and senior leadership.

    • Develop and oversee technology budgets while ensuring that resources are allocated optimally. Manage expenses associated with technology and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

    • Strictly adhere to industry standards and pertinent technological regulations.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    REQUIRED :

    • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM major or a related field plus 20 years managing and architecting technology solutions for government customers, or equivalent experience.

    • 15 years of demonstrated ability in Enterprise Architecture for government customers.

    • 10 years of experience successfully implementing Government IT platforms, software solution highly preferred.

    • 3 years of experience with planning, migrating and operating a Cloud Service (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP))

    • Experience with development, management and reporting of operating and capital budgets.

    • Proven track record of success in Senior IT leadership or similar role.

    DESIRED :

    • Master's degree in STEM major

    • Previous experience in managing a technology solution architectures organization at DOD, or other Federal Government Agency.

    • Experience leading a team and applying all elements of technical consulting to achieve successful outcomes.

    • Experience with Deltek Costpoint

    • Moving Industry Knowledge

    SKILLS/TRAINING:

    REQUIRED :

    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and consultation skills for confident interaction with senior management.

    • Experience in applying machine learning, AI and Data Management

    • Experience as the Project Manager or Lead on Cloud Migration & Operations

    • Experience answering high level technical questions without a dependency on additional technical resources.

    • Exceptional strategic planning, leadership and change management skills.

    • Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

    • Ability to balance between the most ideal and pragmatic solutions that meet business needs.

    • Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

    DESIRED :

    • PMP Certification

    • Certification in a Cloud Platform: AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud
