    As a member of our Bonita Springs, FL team, you'll be a part of diverse multi-discipline team allowing you to both share what you know and learn so you can grow. As part of the team, your experience with help tackle multiple assignments simultaneously, such as construction plan review, field inspections, research and data collection, customer service inquiries and regulatory code changes in support of the client and Community Development project.

    Here's what you'll need :

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

    • PE certification

    • Knowledge of engineering design standards, principles of building design, facility systems, utilities, critical development infrastructure

    • Ability to work with a multi-discipline project?teams

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to present independent work to a review team

    • Positive work ethic and adaptability to a variety of projects

    • Ability to read and understand facility and system drawings, diagrams and schematics.

    • Ability to communicate and interact with customers effectively in resolving problems

    • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities

    • Ability to interact with people who have different values, cultures, or backgrounds

    • Proficient with Computer Aided Design Programs and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and Project).

    • Five years of relevant experience

    Ideally, You'll Also Have:

    • Familiarity with local, regional, and State of Florida design standards and code requirements

    • Strong background in Land Development and Drainage Design

    • Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design software (Microstation/Inroads and AutoCAD/Civil 3D), and ArcGIS

    • Six to eight years of experience
