Cleaning Technician

Title: Cleaning Technician

Location: Columbus, OH 43221

Status: Full time

• Performs routine cleanroom facility cleaning

• Demonstrates knowledge of cleaning and pertinent facility SOPs. Maintains appropriate cleaning documentation as required by GMP regulatory standards

• Demonstrates knowledge of appropriate chemical use to meet department standards (know chemical, its proper use and preparation, appropriate labeling, and storage requirements, etc.)

• Practices proper cleaning methods of bio-contamination control in conjunction with cleaning procedures (proper use of cleaning materials and other equipment, observing appropriate contact time of various cleaning agents, decontamination of cleaning materials and equipment, etc.

• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies in a clean, orderly fashion and good working condition

• Adheres to facility gowning requirements and practices personal hygiene. Maintains current gowning requirements by passing annual gowning qualification

• Comprehends basic concepts of room specifications, airflow, biosafety levels, etc. to operate using appropriate methods and routes
