Clinic Manager

Summary

Reporting to the Director, the Clinic Manager leads the development and supervision of the daily operations of the rehabilitation facility.

Based out of St. Louis, MO, Therapy Relief at Hope has provided services to individuals with for over 30 years, including speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy. Our therapists support ongoing learning, growth, and success while providing a safe and supportive environment for all.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, disciplinary

  action

  and performance management processes; build and

  maintain

  employee morale and motivation

• Manage daily operations of the facility including staff scheduling, operational action plans, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.

  eview annual financial performance to determine

  appropriate annual

  budget

  s

  . Manage

  day-to-day

  costs and revenue within annual budget expectations.

• A

  nalyze clinic metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) according to the required review cadence to drive achievement of clinic goals. Develop and implement action plans as necessary to improve overall clinic performance ensuring proper coaching to assigned team to align individual performance to goals.

• Evaluate and treat patients in your field

• Physically capable of remaining stationary for extended periods of time (

  i.e.

  while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office,

  lift up

  to 50 pounds,

  and effectively

  communicate with others (verbal and written)

What You Will Bring

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in related program

• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in your field

• Prior experience in supervisory role

• Current State Professional License
