MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of nursing practice and education normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in nursing, and five years (5) experience in a Nursing department (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with increasing responsibility and interest in education, practice and quality.
2.Minimum of 2 years' experience as a clinical educator in an acute care setting.
3.Must have current Nursing License.
5.Experience in designing, developing and delivering various types of training and curriculum, and training trainers to deliver content. Experience in delivering training in a virtual format is a plus.
6.Broad knowledge of training and deployment principles, methodologies, and techniques, delivery and evaluation.
7.Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
