Commercial Journeyman Plumber

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Journeyman Plumber for a retrofit office project that involves converting a space into a dental office. The primary responsibilities include running pipes and adding bathrooms to the facility.Apply Now!!!

Note:The pay rate for this job is $32 - $35 / hour

Responsibilities

• Installation and connection of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and faucets.

• Running and connecting water supply lines, drainage systems, and vent pipes.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.

• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations.

• Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work activities and ensure project success.

 Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial plumbing, preferably in retrofit or renovation projects.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
