Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Commissary Porters to join our team at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. As a Commissary Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and delivering product orders to various outlets within the venue.

Responsibilities

• Receives transfers or products and/or merchandise to and from the concession stands.

• Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise.

• Responsible for operating equipment such as pallet jacks, etc.

• Performs physical inventory as needed.

• Responsible for setting up, stocking, and maintaining concession stands.

• Ensures security of company assets.

• Other duties and tasks as assigned by Concessions Manager and/or Concessions Supervisors as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.

• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Basic math and counting skills required.

• Must be available to work some days, nights, and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 165 pounds

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting and reaching

• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.

• Able to work outside in all weather conditions including rain, wind, heat and cold.
