  • Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first

    • Develops/maintains contact with key community and consumer organizations to provide ongoing updates on Company's Home Health services and benefits available in a market to drive incremental admissions.

    • Provides education programs and information for community-based referral sources within guidelines of company policy. Utilizes appropriate company resources to maintain and develop business opportunities. Maintains market awareness and prepares competitive updates.

    • Complies with field activity documentation and reporting requirements through CRM.

    • Actively participates in weekly branch sales/operation meeting, bringing relevant data, reports to meeting for review as well as information regarding opportunities and changes in the Ensures effective communication and collaboration with branch staff, Volunteer Manager, and field sales resources via weekly meetings.

    • Compliance to technology processes and expectations.

    • Abides by and demonstrates the company Mission - Vision - Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day.

    • Abides by all operational compliance with internal controls and reporting.

    • Actively participates with program in development of business and market growth plans.

    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with community organizations, attends professional organization meetings, community events as appropriate.

    • Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program / practices, Business Ethics and Compliance programs / practices, and all Company policies and procedures.

    • Required Experience/Skills: ?

    • Bachelors / Associates degree or equivalent related healthcare experience & knowledge preferred.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years professional sales experience. Additional related experience in the hospice and health care industry also preferred.

    • Strong knowledge of home health and governmental home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility requirements.

    • Excellent presentation, customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills required

    • Demonstrates the ability to work independently.

    • Ability to appropriately represent Company service capabilities to the community and consumer audience

    • Computer proficiency required.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$52,500 - $72,300 per year
