Computer Operator - TS/SCI CI Poly

Job Description

An employer in Springfield, VA is looking for a junior level Linux System Administrator with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly for an Operations role. This role would be an excellent match for someone looking to learn on the job and increase their technical acumen within Linux. This individual will support a prototype email system plus a critical operational system. Personnel will be monitoring several systems and mail inboxes and perform secure data transfers between them. Candidates will also be interacting with the onsite customer. Operator must be able to work 3rd shift 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Mon - Fri.

Skills and Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with a CI Poly

• CI Poly must be fully adjudicated within the past 5 years

• Ability to understand security classification procedures and guidance

• Ability to follow written standard operating procedures

• Work well with team members

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM ET 6 :00 AM ET M-F.

• Occasional weekend support needed every 6-8 weeks at the most. If a weekend is ever worked, the employee will have the following 3 weekdays off. Weekend shift hours would be 6:00 PM ET to 6:00 AM ET. null
