We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a background in generating AIA compliant invoices, managing collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Generate AIA-compliant invoices

• Follow up on, and collect payments

• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies

• Prepare bank deposits

• Process adjustments

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail, or personally

• Collect data and prepare weekly/monthly metrics
