    Acts as Change Manager. Derives and implements Lean strategy, policies, standards and guidelines and continuously initiates, supports and coaches crossfunctional Lean Activities and structural optimizations to support the operational business of the organization assigned.

    • Derives and implements Lean strategy, guidelines and methodologies to achieve sustainable Lean implementation.* Consults/ coaches BU Senior Management on Lean topics, for all steps and aspects of the respective business value chain.* Selects together with business responsible projects for strategic introduction and continuous improvement of Lean.* Coordinates and allocates resources for the Lean support in the projects.* Recommends and tracks Lean trainings for different org/ competence levels.* Ensures documentation, controlling and monitoring of Lean implementation progress.* Acts as change Manager, ensures a consequent continuous improvement.* Leads Lean communities in BU and communicates best practices and progress of the transition.* Provides regular feedback on current activities and learning/ best practices during BUs Lean implementation in Siemens Lean Communities and / or Functional Board decisions.

      • Gather and analyze the learning and status of current Lean Model and Culture in the projects across the Regions.

      • Define a Lean Management Standard and Harmonized Set Up for Projects on site in terms of Planification, Coordination, Monitoring, Management tooling and Resources aligned with the current SGRE Policies and Guidelines.

      • Interact with all the stakeholder affected to ensure an aligned and Integrated Set Up.

      • Test the Model in Pilot Project for evaluation, Fine Tuning and Learning collection.

      • Drawing up Procedures related and support in the Digital Tooling development.

      • Road Map definition and Implementation of the Lean Model Set Up.

      • Train the Region Measure Ambassadors for Implementation continuity.

      • Implementations and KPIs follow up.

      • Steady visits to site and sessions plan with the Site Management for ensuring Lean Thinking Culture change across all the regions.

      • Continues monitoring on site and data analysis for Proactive Improvements of the Model and Optimization Initiatives identification, as well as identifying and support in driving high impacts on site issues/ NCCs.

      • Facilitate Lean knowledge sharing and cross pollination Lean initiatives between regions.
