    We are looking for a professional Construction Manager?to add to our team?in?Farmington, New Mexico. You'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. Your utilize your expertise to perform a broad cross-section of complex technical and administrative activities in Contract Compliance, Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) inspection of public works projects and related construction work. You'll also maintain or prepare a variety of document control records, including daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting records, change orders, RFI, submittals, and record drawings. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Help our team grow by mentoring the early, intermediate and associate professionals while leading a team in completion of our construction work in accordance with projects and client specifications.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily onsite observations and inspections of the contractor's work to determine if the work conforms to the contract documents and that the integrity of the design concept as reflected in the contract for construction has been implemented and preserved by the contractor.

    • Effectively communicate and coordinate with project design team, client operations, contractor, and suppliers.

    • Prepare written daily reports that capture work in progress and correlates to the specifications when applicable.

    • Ability to review Contractor Pay Request to validate quantities completed or work progress is acceptable.

    • To be able to maintain or prepare a variety of document control records, including daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting records, change orders, RFI, submittals, and record drawings.

    • Confidence and ability to lead or participate in Weekly Progress Meetings with the Contractor, Client, and Share Holders, if required.

    Here's what you'll need :

    • 7 years' experience in a role of construction manager or resident project representative for public works type projects similar to water or wastewater treatment plant projects.

    • Valid driver's license with good driving history

    Ideally, you'll also have these qualifications:

    • College degree or a technical school graduate related to Engineering or Construction Management

    • Certified Construction Manager, or Construction Manager In-Training certification
