Construction Project Manager

Description

We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor for commercial healthcare projects. This person will be responsible for project schedules and site management to ensure project completion.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, OR relevant industry experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent

• OSHA 30 Certification

Qualifications and Skills

• Preparing expense reports outlining cost estimates for suppliers, material, labor and other related costs

• Collaborating with Project Managers, clients and other management personnel when determining budgets and timelines

• Coordinating deliveries of material and equipment with suppliers and vendors

• Creating schedules for workers and subcontractors

• Maintaining a daily log of construction site operations and identifying any gaps or areas that need to be addressed

• Implementing techniques and strategies that are both efficient and cost-effective
