What You'll Do:

• Lead a small accounting team to success, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the COO and President to evaluate and enhance our strategic financial objectives.
• Oversee month-end close processes, maintaining rigorous standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Act as a strategic business partner to various departments, including HR, commercial groups, operations, and procurement.
• Drive the analysis of financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track business unit and corporate performance.
• Champion internal controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive financial and controllership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of team management and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High level of integrity and dedication to ethical principles.
