Located north of Boston, they are hiring a Controller to oversee daily accounting and reporting, manage accrual accounting for bank reporting, and liaison with auditors and tax consultants. With a portfolio of over $30 million and a newly created role transitioning accounting functions in-house, this position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus bonus (DOE) along with exceptional benefits, 401K, profit sharing, and generous CTO.

Out client is seeking a culturally aligned candidate with a BS degree, 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in service industries, and strong communication skills.
