Summary

Isaacs and Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a personal injury pre-litigation attorney, practicing in Indiana, to join its growing practice. The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation but may be asked to handle other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases. Our need is specific for an attorney that is bi-lingual with Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationship
• Review and investigate personal injury claims
• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Guide clients through the case process
• Gather evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences
• Assess the value of claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary
• Attend training programs and seminars that may be outside of normal business hours.

Compensation:

Starts with Base (85k) + Commission structure.

Once exceeds base in commission moves to commission.

Requirements:

• Indiana Bar License REQUIRED - OR must have taken UBE in last 4 years and willing to get licensed in IN.
• Must be bi-lingual - English and Spanish
• Must have at least 2 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Experience
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and regulations
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
