    This is an on-site position located in New Bremen, OH.

    Summary:

    Support the Company's recruitment activities with a primary focus on professional positions. Assist with the development and promotion of the Company's employment brand and conduct direct recruiting.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Maintain an awareness of openings in the company and source qualified candidates.

    • Represent company at recruiting events. Coordinate preparation for events as assigned.

    • Conduct recruiting and hiring practices in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

    • Collaborate with various Human Resources (HR) Managers, HR Representatives, functional managers and fellow Recruiters to develop a recruiting strategy while supporting the Company's employment brand.

    • Stay informed of trends in recruiting, technology, and communication to maintain an effective hiring strategy.

    • Create and maintain recruiting channels especially through the Internet and social media.

    • Assist with the design and implementation of recruiting programs to maximize return on recruiting investment and increase cost effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process.

    • Identify areas of improvement to ensure delivery of high quality of service to the client base.

    • Research, recommend, and implement new sourcing strategies and share best practices to effectively recruit active and passive candidates.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 2-4 years related experience

    • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information

    • Proficient in utilizing recruiting platforms

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

    • Desire to build relationships both internally and externally while ensuring a best in class candidate experience

    • Must be able to travel up to 20%.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding and desire to work with technology

    • Previous experience in Technical and IT recruiting
