Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A manufacturing company is looking for a CSR to join their Customer Care team. The CSR / Account Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer related issues including order entry. Candidates must have previous CSR or Call Center type experience. Apply online and include an updated resume.

salary: $16 - $16.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

Working in a Customer Service Department that will have 'cross-over' duties so will have multiple CSR responsibilities:

• Customer Order Entry (from calls, emails & website)

• Call customers to verify orders for accuracy as needed

• Account Representative (expected to represent the company to the customer on all levels and explain products, services, and give quotes)

• Data Entry

• Work with other Departments (production, shipping, etc) to verify & ensure shipping dates are attainable

• Freight quotes

• Track customer orders to ensure everything is correct

• Trace shipments so can give customers updates

• Verify customer & contact information to ensure company database is up to date and valid

Requirements: Must have previous Data Entry experience (used in the workplace), Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of AS400 system. Must also have previous Call Center or Customer Account Management experience.

The essential functions of this role include

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
