Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Provide information about our products and services.

• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.

• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

• Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of the product and ability to assist the customer in all queries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are in distress.

• Patience and empathy in handling customer complaints and queries.
