Customer Support Analyst
As a Customer Support Advisor in our reporting vertical, you will serve as frontline resource for customers by driving first call resolutions using the phone and inbound emails. You will own the customer experience and providing exceptional assistance by solving customer issues.
This position is a hybrid role. (3 days in our Lawrenceville office)

Serve as frontline technical resource for Sage customers
Will demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Will identify the root cause of the customers software or system issues
Qualifications:
1+ years experience with reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, Qlik)
1+ years experience with troubleshooting SQL, functions and Calculations reports
Have an understanding of how to add/remove columns, sorting, grouping, apply filter in the report
