Pay: $26 - $29 per hour

Schedule: M-F 9a-5p

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing customer technical support for company's products or services

• Answering customer questions and explaining products and services

• Instructing on use of equipment and coordinating and assisting with installations

• Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing computer system hardware or software

• Entering customer orders and billing

• Determining customers needs, researching, and providing solutions

• Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cloud software and MS Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Process improvement experience preferred

• Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience preferred
