Data Architect - INTL India

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Architect to join a Fortune 100 client in Hyderabad, India. The data architect will be responsible for transforming the data environment for ITSM, service desk and infrastructure operations from an on prem environment to the Azure cloud. This individual will be responsible for finalizing the architecture and design of the Azure data warehouse and data lake to mobilize the data transformation. The data architect will work closely with the enterprise data teams to strategize on data lake design and migration best practices, communicate strategies and design to leadership and technical teams, define data ingestions and storage pipelines using delta tables, leverage Azure Power view for reporting solutions and integration, and build in AI capabilities into the Azure data lake. The ideal candidate will have supported ITSM/ITOM data transformations in the Azure environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience of data architecture and engineering experience with a focus in the Azure tech stack

• Proficient with SQL, PySpark, Azure cloud, Azure data lake, Azure data warehouse, Azure data catalogues, and Azure Power View

• In depth knowledge of ServiceNow and ServiceNow's ITSM and ITOM modules

• Experience with master data management, digital transformation, data acquisition, and data standards

• Ability to provide governance and oversight of solution design

• Define and document technical strategies and communicate those strategies to IT leadership and technical teams

• AI and ML techniques for ITSM and ITOM

• Ability to take general direction, elaborate on goals, drive goals to completion feedback, and work collaboratively in a highly matrixed, large-scale IT organization and drive change - Experience with data architecture for ITSM and Infrastructure Operations - - -- Azure certifications null
