    We are partnering with a non-profit who is seeking a highly organized and motivated Data & Performance Coordinator (DPC) to join our team! The DPC plays a critical role in ensuring the success of the company by safeguarding data quality, monitoring program performance, and generating insightful reports.

    What You'll Do:

    • Champion Data Quality: You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy across all aspects of the program. This includes gathering and verifying documentation, conducting internal audits, and resolving data discrepancies.

    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You'll track program performance, analyze outcomes, and generate comprehensive reports for various stakeholders. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

    • Streamline Data Management: You'll maintain an efficient internal records system, manage data entry into the HMIS system, and ensure adherence to data quality standards.

    • Support Program Management: You'll provide valuable administrative assistance to the Veterans program management team, including Quality Assurance and field survey distribution.

    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and HMIS is required.

    • Organization & Efficiency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.

    • Confidentiality Champion: You understand the importance of safeguarding sensitive veteran information.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in data management or a related field.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.

    • Strong understanding of data quality principles.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
