Randstad is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our client's logistics department in Norfolk, VA. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with a background in customer service, data entry and administration. Our client is looking for a self-motivated and quick-learning individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines. It is preferred to have prior experience in the shipping/logistics industry.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Create bookings from shipping quotes, working with individual shipments and project cargo.

• Roll-on roll-off shipping and documentation of inventory.

• Work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

• Provide professional customer service with clients, vendors, prospects and customs by phone and email communication.

• Ability to provide data entry with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of shipping/logistics.
