    Job Description:

    Parsons is hiring a Deputy Program Manager to support a large multi-million dollar Army program in Fort Belvoir, VA.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Under general direction from the Senior Program Manager, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned programs.

    • Provide a single point of contact.

    • Manage original concept through final implementation. Interface with all areas affected by the program including end users, computer services and client services.

    • Define program scope and objectives.

    • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans and status reports.

    • Conduct program meetings, program tracking and analysis.

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables.

    • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.

    • Provide technical and analytical guidance to program team.

    • Recommend and direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

    What Required Experience, Skills, and Education You'll Bring:

    • Master's Degree in Project Management, I/T Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Biometrics or other related technical fields with 15 or more years of prior relevant experience.

    • Four (4) to (8) years of management or leadership experience in programs and contracts of greater than $200M with multiple task orders and large-scale commercial IT procurement. Shall have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

    • Possesses an active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PmP) certification

    Clearance Required:

    • Possess a current Secret clearance or above.

    • Must be a US Citizen, without Dual Citizenship

    Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

    Secret
