Description

-Good mechanical skills with the ability to measure, test, and build window and door products -Creativity to work with sometimes limited resources -Ability to work independently - Good organization skills and communication skills -Good computer skills. (specifically, Microsoft excel for data collection) -Capable of occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs -Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality documentation

-Desire to be a member of a high-functioning team and take direction from multiple Engineers -Prioritize activities from multiple sources, and communicate when activities complete -Candidate must be flexible to occasionally work outside 1st shift hours with prior notice -Nice to have but not must have: AW PIT license Prefer someone with a 2 year or 4 year degree but would look at someone with direct experience
