What You Can Expect:

• Variable Schedule

• Conducts and documents comprehensive nutrition screenings of patients, including obtaining and evaluation individuals' dietary histories, to support the development of individualized nutritional programs and determine nutrition acuity

• Guides patients in food selection, based upon nutritional needs, patient preferences and therapeutic guidelines

• Observes patient food intake and reports progress and nutrition problems to registered dietitian

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
