We are expanding our dynamic team with responsible, motivated people who value excellence in their work.  We are based out of Wayne, PA but are currently working a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days remotely.

    As a Digital Account Specialist, you will be a key liaison for our clients’ account requirements, you’ll play a pivotal role in daily operations. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you’ll immerse yourself in product knowledge, quoting, ordering, reporting and usage. Your responsibilities extend beyond routine tasks, involving the onboarding and nurturing of client relationships. This journey will be fueled by your collaboration with the Nexxt Sales team and seamless partnerships with various internal teams.     As a Digital Account Specialist, you will do the following:

    • Provide excellent service to our client accounts and internal colleagues
    • Manage the onboarding of clients along with execution and delivery of Digital Advertising Campaigns, which may include monthly/annual subscriptions, hiring events, email marketing, and SMS/MMS campaigns
    • Manage and administrate the campaign lifecycle start to finish, not limited to:  order entry, execution, optimization and reporting 
    •  Partner with sales team for complete lifecycle of account needs
    • Identify front-end functionality challenges and provide feedback to management teams.
    • Provide support to users via phone, email and online chat tools
    • Become knowledgeable in the best practices of the industry and understand the competitive landscape

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree: Business, communications, or related fields; or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 2 years related customer service/client relations/account management experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
    • Functional reporting and understanding of analytics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    • Resourceful with advanced trouble-shooting skills.  Must possess the ability to problem solve with minimal direction from management.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions.
    • Must possess organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple service-oriented tasks and build/nurture relationships with multiple clients a must. 
    • Quick learner, with a curious mindset who wants to continue to grow and learn new opportunities and skillsets. 

    Preferred:

    • Experience in digital media, advertising, or similar environments.
    • Technical familiarity, ability to communicate clearly between technical & non-technical people. 
    • In-depth reporting and analytical skills
    • Recruitment marketing, recruiting and/or performance based advertising experience.
